If I could give this office no stars, I would. My husband’s appointment was at 2:15 p.m., his paperwork had already been completed, and we literally were watching everyone else get called and people leave out. One of the nurses finally inquired about us, and the two receptionist both looked and then laughed as if it was funny that we had been waiting so long. After waiting until 2:54, we got called to the back, and we were told that the unwelcoming receptionist placed our paper in the wrong spot and coded my husband’s appointment as something else. As we walked to the room, we saw Dr. Gordon at her desk, and after waiting 15-20 minutes, she came in and hadn’t read any of her notes regarding why my husband is being seen today. She then told him that it’s been 3 years since we just saw her last year. She also was asking questions that already had answers to them and asking about medication that she prescribed. To know that no one gives a crap and just steals money(copay) to feed the doctor is a problem. You try to support your own when I see now I am going to have to find him somewhere else to go because not knowing your patients and reason for being there is ridiculous.
