Title: Finally, a Medical Team That Actually Listens! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For years, I have struggled with unexplained, chronic stomach issues and severe acid reflux that completely derailed my daily life. I had bounced around from specialist to specialist, constantly feeling like just another number on a medical chart, before I finally found the Atlanta Center for Gastroenterology in Decatur. I am so incredibly grateful I made that first appointment. From the moment I walked into their clinic on North Decatur Road, the environment was completely different from the sterile, rushed waiting rooms I was used to. The front desk staff was warm, greeted me with genuine smiles, and made the entire intake process seamless. You can tell immediately that they operate on a "quality over quantity" philosophy—they treat you like a human being, not a quota. I had the absolute privilege of seeing Dr. Cliff Parrish, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is easily one of the best gastroenterologists in the business. He didn’t just glance at my paperwork and rush to write a prescription; he actually sat down and talked with me, not at me. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly up-to-date on the latest GI research, but what stood out the most was his patience. He listened to my frustrating medical history without interrupting, asked thoughtful questions, and thoroughly explained his recommended treatment plan so I knew exactly what to expect. When it came time for my upper endoscopy, my anxiety was through the roof. However, the nursing team at the Atlanta Endoscopy Center (their state-of-the-art, in-house procedure suite) completely put my mind at ease. They were absolute angels—comforting, highly professional, and dedicated to making sure I was relaxed the entire time. The procedure was incredibly well-organized and totally painless. If you are dealing with digestive issues and feel like you aren't being heard by other doctors, do yourself a massive favor and call this practice. Dr. Parrish, Dr. David Rausher (the founder), and the entire team work together like a well-oiled, family-oriented machine. They have truly given me my quality of life back, and I wouldn’t trust my healthcare to anyone else. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Highly, highly recommend.

I saw dr Rausher today for the first time and he was the kindest most knowledgeable genuinely caring expert that finally provided my ibs tremendous relief.

I have had a few interactions with this office in person and over the phone. The staff is unnecessarily rude each time. The day of my procedure was stressful for both myself and my accompanying driver (husband). Simple questions about the billing process result in short remarks, or just getting hung up on. Dr. Rausher is kind and caring, but the staff and office make the process not worth it.

David Rausher is a good doctor and a good man. I highly recommend him.

Dr R is the best! He listened to all of my concerns and did not bat an eye regarding a colonoscopy even at my young age given risk factors. His staff is polite and amazing and they do everything they can to get you in quickly. He informative and I love that he still does paper charts. You will not regret seeing him.

Dr Rausher gives me confidence and trust in his diagnosis of my ailment. he has a great bedside manner, which makes me feel more at ease. His staff is very professional in addition to providing me with great customer service. They are terrific!
