My experience with Ashley has been incredible. I now have a much better relationship with food and have learned a great deal about nutrition. I used to never cook, but Ashley has taught me how to meal prep and now I find myself experimenting with a ton of recipes! She has really set me up for long-term success. Not only is my health significanlty better but I feel so much better.

I seriously recommend Ashley Reaver she is the best nutritionist. So I was Diagnosed with high cholesterol on September. Dr. suggested I needed to start taking medication for it. That in my case it was a genetic thing, since I am twenty nine. I told him let me work on my diet I don’t want to take pills. I was at a a 235 Cholesterol. So I looked up nutritionist around my area and did not fall for none. Looked around the Bay Area an found Ashley. I It mediately called her office and schedule an appointment. I had my appointment and she was very nice listen an answered all my question. She explained to me what were the best plan for me. What foods were good for me to eat, and what to avoid. And how to balance it out when I eat stuff not as healthy. So I did my new labs on November and my total cholesterol levels now are 125. Yes 125!!! And all of it I owe it to Ashley. My doctor was shocked I think everyone was. So I highly recommend her. She is very nice and listens to you and explains to you everything you need to know. Even if your insurance doesn’t cover it it’s worth every penny. I am so blessed I was able to find her and she was able to help me. Thank-you Ashley

I recently consulted this nutritionist and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The clinic was clean, calm, and professionally organized, creating a comfortable environment to discuss health and diet-related concerns. The staff members were polite, welcoming, and managed the appointment process smoothly. The nutritionist was highly knowledgeable, attentive, and very patient throughout the consultation. They carefully listened to my health goals, lifestyle habits, and dietary concerns before providing any recommendations. I especially appreciated how clearly they explained nutrition concepts in a simple and practical way that was easy to follow.

My Blood sugar level has come down from 165 to under 110 Diabetes, High blood pressure, thyroid imbalance and heart disease are part of my family medical history. Almost ten years ago, my General Physician (GP) warned me about my Glucose level and had been monitoring since then. Though my Glucose levels were below 100, however the trend was going upward. About 5 years ago my Cardiologist wanted me to start Metformin. I wanted to stay away from any medication for as long as I could and my GP supported me with my decision to control my Glucose level with diet. I was able to manage the levels for a few years. Then, my Glucose level went up to 165. That was scary. My GP said that diet has done its job. Now, you have to start Metformin. I asked him to give me 3 months. I learned about nutrition and Blood sugar levels. So, my wife and I met with Ashley. Ashley asked lots of questions and listened to both of us carefully. Then, made recommendations about nutrition. She did not give a diet plan. Instead, she educated us about various food items - adjusting up and down certain types of foods, time of the day to eat and combinations thereof. I have been following those guidelines for little over a year. My Glucose level has come down from 165 to between 95 to 110. I have not taken Metformin or any other drug to control my Glucose levels. Now that is a success story that I love to share with everyone. Bottom line, before taking any medications, you should make at least one appointment with Ashley. She might extend your life and a healthy one too!
