This place is an actual joke. Doctor Evans is wonderful. This is no reflection of her. But they do not answer the phone. They do not do anything to try and accommodate a sick child. The answer to everything is “take him to urgent care care” We needed a simple flu test that would take 2 seconds and were told at 4:40, they had seen the last patient of the day and they close at 5:00.Had friends warn us after they had left, this was coming and didn’t think it could be this bad. Do not waste your time going here, it’s only a matter of time before you’re finding a new doctor.

Always love coming here, the staff, the nurses, and Dr Kim are all truly the best

Dr Rolle was so kind and fit us in last minute before her work day ended to examine my son who was sick. She is so flexible and knowledgeable. She also always listens to our concerns at all appts. We feel confident with her as our pediatrician

Dr. Kim Is the best! He is so patient and very helpful guiding first time parents through the milestones. Great team!

Dr. Evans and her team are very informative of any questions we may have as first time parents. Allowing us to make our own decisions about certain vaccines and treatments. Great facility and excellent staff make the experience very calming for the children and parents alike.

I have nothing but great things to say about this practice. Dr. Kim is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly one of the best pediatricians we’ve had. My son especially loves the little toy chest in the front, and both of my kids feel safe and comfortable every time we visit. Having moved here from another state, I can say the wait times are very typical. Some of the negative reviews about this don’t really reflect how healthcare works. It’s standard practice everywhere that if a situation is urgent, you’re directed to urgent care or the ER. That’s not unique to this office. This practice is busy because they are well known for providing excellent care. Despite that, they have always been accommodating. Anytime I’ve needed to reschedule, it has never been an issue. Sometimes appointments are a few weeks out, but that’s completely reasonable for a high-quality pediatric office. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand that these timelines are normal. Pediatric urgent cares and emergency rooms exist for immediate needs, while offices like this focus on ongoing, quality care. We’ve had a consistently positive experience and truly appreciate the care our family receives here.

Getting in touch with this office when your child needs to be seen or if you just have a question is a nightmare. Their phone system takes you in loops or rings with no answer. Very frustrating.

We absolutely loved Dr. Rachel Evans. She is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Overall the staff is amazing and the office is clean.
