The center was clean and the staff made me comfortable

Dr. Schwartz performed my most recent colonoscopy—the third one since I turned 50. He undertook the procedure at the Arizona Endoscopy Center. My experience was unmatched in patient care, ease, and service. The Center was well-run, efficient, pleasant, and well-staffed. The people were incredible in making the procedure as pleasant as possible. And Dr. Schwartz was by far the best doctor to scope me! I unconditionally recommend him and the Center.

If you have to do a colonoscopy do it here. Dr Schwartz and the nurses here are so kind and Dr Schwartz is the best doctor I have ever met

. Dr Randolph is knowledgeable and he addressed my questions to my satisfaction. The procedure went smoothly. The staff were polite and friendly, putting me at ease before the procedure.

Dr. Schwartz was very professional, explained the surgery very well, and completed the surgery perfectly. My hand is getting better every day. I highly recommend him & his staff.

Went there for a follow up per hospital instructions with a GI Specialists. This was one of a few that handled my insurance. Took forever to get the referrals straight. They said they didn’t get it. primary care said they sent it. Luisa was her name. When I asked for her the times I was there ironically she never was . For all I know she remote works in Alaska. A week + of jerking around. Finally went to the primary care and for the referral myself and hand delivered the referral to the front desk of this place. 44 miles away. Magic. Got an appointment for two weeks later , went all over my symptoms now it being oof the hospital for over a month . First thing Dr Prud says , “you’re here for a colonoscopy ?” No I'm here to follow up per the instructions of my surgeon at the hospital from my past stay there this month. . Explained to her my scenario. And that I have a feeding tube. “Oh….. We don’t handle feeding tubes !” Really well when you ask which doctor oversees feeding tubes it is a GI doctor. She tells me it’s my primary care. Called my primary care and he laughed. He said GI is a specialty physician that who inserted it . Obviously my reason for appointment at this place. So I asked kindly “what am I supposed to do? Where do I go ? What do I do with this tube ? “The tube will stay with you for life. Unless your symptoms go away”. “Ok Well how the hell do I know this ? “ “She said “endoscopy”. I asked. Do you do those ? Yes we do . Ok so I would like to go ahead with this procedure. “You need to see the surgeon who placed the tube” “Would you like a colonoscopy?” “That’s the second time you’ve asked me this are you guys selling these things today or what ? No I didn’t come here for a colonoscopy. I came to see a GI Dr for a followup per the hospital discharge instructions . “Well we can’t really help you here.” So when I went over my symptoms , pre conditions and made the Appointment over the phone perhaps then would be a good time to discuss this with me. Needless to say stormed out after denying her 3rd request for a cononoscopy. She even went as far to point me to the door to exit Place is just the worst experience I’ve yet to encounter. Zero positives out of this place. Rude. Obnoxious. Unwilling to help. Zero Advice . Rushed and frankly Dr didn’t seem to give a shit. But I could get a colonoscopy. 🙌🏼 Zero stars if possible
