Today I listened to their telephone system tell me over 50 times that "your care is our top priority". Based on my experience that is false.

Had a colonoscopy on 7/8/2026. Dr Subhash Chandra was an hour late, clinic couldn't reach him, but that apparently is his MO. Once procedure was completed, he did not speak to my fiancé (HIPPA advocate). He left instructions and result details with the discharge nurse. We asked to speak to him, but he was to busy with patients trying to catch up for his tardiness. So we left. Since then, I have not heard from this practice a out biopsy results, been scheduled for my follow up. I've called. Can't get through most of the time because the phone system isn't working and the answering service cannot take messages and says to keep trying. I work. So I've sent a message through the portal that's gone unanswered. I give up. I won't go back. They don't care. BEWARE. Reporting my experience to my insurance company and hoping I may get my results. My PCP requested them too, but have not received anything as of today.

After their gastro doctors left the practice, they pretty much have avoided any and all contact with past patients. They do not return calls and do not answer the phone. The office is closed. To be a doctors office that handles things like crohns and other gastro diseases, completely abandoning their patients is just vile. Will never seek care from this company or its parent, abrazo, again.

If you are a patient with anxiety or who needs compassionate care, I strongly recommend staying away from this practice. I was an established patient for years and consistently left appointments feeling dismissed, and dreading follow-ups. Interactions with Helena were often blunt to the point of being rude, which was extremely difficult for me as someone with severe medical anxiety. The only provider who treated me like a human being was Megan. Her care was a stark contrast and the only reason I stayed as long as I did. An endoscopy was delayed last year due to the flu. I followed all instructions, repeatedly checked in, and rescheduled as directed. The procedure was ultimately canceled the day before due to no physician availability, and I was told I would be contacted to reschedule. That never happened. I recently reached out for care during an active flare. I was initially scheduled, then later informed by phone that Helena would not take me back as a patient and that I would need to find another practice, without real explanation or assistance with continuity of care. I strongly urge patients who value empathy, communication, and continuity to look elsewhere.

Referral to this Banner gastro office for elderly parent by provider. We show up at 9321 w Thomas and told appointment canceled because we didn't confirm appointment from three calls made to us. They have WRONG phone number!!! Totally different, wasn't off by digit, just totally off, wrong. They offered next 3 month appt. No apology or explanation. I won't trust my parent to them.. if they can screw up minor what else can they do... I check with provider, verified my correct phn number in referral was OK. So problem with this office, their data storage or data entry. I'm considering to Honor health instead of Banner.

I don't know what happened to this place but customer service went to hell in a hand basket sins Abrazo took it over

Honestly worst doctors office I’ve been to. They rescheduled on me 3 times. Would not recommend.

I called for a first-time appointment, and the lady gave me such pushback not to make one. First, she said, "I don't see a referral." Then she ended with, "All I can do is update your information. We don't have an opening for four months." Don't waste your time.

Said I was in network. Had an appointment that was rescheduled to a different nurse. Turns out I was not in network cause of whatever that happened on their end. Even though I confirmed it with them as well as with my insurance. Got billed the full amount. Their front office is terrible, and they seem to have no doctors available anyways. Find somewhere else.
