I had a colonoscopy done yesterday and I was terrified about the whole process. I canceled three other appointments in the past few years just because I didn't trust the doctor after the initial appointment. This time around I felt like Dr. Kabrawala is the one doctor who actually listened to my concernes (I have Sjogren's syndrome) and had a detail conversation about anesthesia, we reduced it to bare minimum. He also reassured me that he has knowledge about autoimmune diseases and and he will follow the right protocol. That was good enough for me to move forward and get this done for once. In the end, Dr. Kabrawala was knowledgeable, experienced and very professional. The procedure turned out just fine and now, I can say I have a GI doctor.

This visit was a waste of time and delayed proper care for my daughter. He cared so little that he didn’t even add notes to her after visit summary. Just gave us all the facts on how being overweight causes all problems. Told us she was clearly not malabsorbed/malnourished because of her weight. We now know she has a rare condition that deserved proper attention and evaluation and since February never received. If you’re overweight I suggest you find another provider.
