Dr. Duong is a great physician. Can’t say as much for his office staff. The office will not return phone messages. Even my primary md called their office to schedule me for a colonoscopy but no luck in anyone calling me back.

Dr. Duong recently performed my colonoscopy. I had a pleasant experience. The office staff was professional and courteous, as was the doctor. He explained the preparation, the procedure and aftercare in detail and answered my questions. He completed the colonoscopy and made sure I was comfortable and explained results and answered questions. I found him and his office to be very professional and caring of their patients. I will definately return to this office in the future.
