I’ve been having stomach issues the last month. My pcp gave me a referral to see Dr. Ammar Hassan. I called the office to make an appointment, the lady was very nice on the phone. I explained to her what was going on and how miserable I was feeling. She said there was a cancellation the next day or another day in July available. I obviously took the next day appointment. While I was on the phone with her for about 10 minutes explaining what was wrong and personal info needed. She told me I didn’t need to bring my referrals as It was in the system and everything was good to go for the next day appointment. I showed up about 45 minutes early for if I needed to fill any paper work out. They asked what my name was and she kept asking me other questions like, what’s you birthdate, home address etc. then I was told I had no appointment. At this point confused and getting upset because I made the appointment the day prior with no issues. I was then told the doctor I was suppose to see wasn’t even there and was out of town. My question is, how in the heck do you tell me on the phone I have the appointment after you talk to me for 10 minutes asking for all my personal information then get told I didn’t have one. I’m extremely disappointed with this office and staff for being unorganized. You should be ashamed of your selfs. I hope you don’t do this to anyone else in the future especially with how much pain that person is in or help they need. Now I’m back to a constant circle of trying to see a doctor to help me get better.

One of if not the best Doctors I’ve ever dealt with he answers your questions because he cares a breath of fresh air in my book

Had a very good experience with this Doctor and advised me to have an urgent surgery glad he recommend the surgeon that its an ASAP, thank you. Definetly recommend this doctor.

Simply put, Dr Hassan is an AMAZING Doctor!!!! I had another GI years ago before I starting seeing Hassan and that doctor doesn't even have a candle to hold!!! Personality 100%, professional 100%, compassionate 100%. His nurse practitioner is also completely amazing!!!!

One of the best doctors I've met, he will definitely take great care of you. Listens to what you say and eliminates possibilities suggests tests etc. Very compassionate and knowledgeable.
