I was taken care of very professionally by the various staffs that were assigned to me. I realize the work load can be overwhelming but they always went above and beyond to take care of my needs and inform me as to what was happening. From explaining things to encouraging me, they were wonderful.

My care is provided by Emilee Scheid PA-C, and she's amazing. It has taken me over 18 years to find a primary care physician that I trust to hear me when I talk about my health concerns and not just say, "yeah, you're fat". Emilee, from our very first meet, listened to what I was dealing with, asked very direct questions, and provided quick-to the point explanations for what I was dealing with. With 1 appointment, she helped me get my diabetes understood, the right medication for my high blood pressure, a recommendation for a sleep study (which resulted in the proof of severe sleep apnea other doctors refused to believe me I knew I had)! My favorite part and the reason she's now my primary for over a year and half now, os she's very clear and direct about what I'm dealing with and how to resolve it. She doesn't spend hours tip-toeing around and wasting out appointment time! To some, that might be "cold" but to me it's efficient and respectful of my time! I highly recommend her for women that want someone that will hear you not judge you by your looks!

I recently scheduled my follow-up appointment after my wrist surgery. I believe I received excellent care.

I recently had a follow up visit with Dr. Joseph Decker who had performed my ablation procedure. He had taken a look at all my recent tests and explained the results clearly. He was not rushed or in a hurry, his manner put me at ease and we had a very constructive meeting. I feel fortunate to have him and his team as my Health care providers.

Kind staff that listened. One of the most frustrating things as a patient is not feeling heard and I was treated with care and compassion.

After a biking accident I've had to see several doctors about various injuries I sustained. Every single one has been absolutely fantastic. The staff is also been tremendously helpful and enjoyable to deal with. In general I'm a big fan of Allina, and the Eden Prairie clinic reinforces that feeling.
