Ali has been nothing but incredible. I’m a college athlete who was struggling with anemia. When I started working with Ali, my ferratin was only 2 and I had such low energy, poor workouts, and overall frustration with my body and food. Within 6 months of working together (and some help from infusions and supplements) my body is healthier and stronger than ever. Ali taught me so much about how to properly fuel my body and also listen to warning signs. We’ve constructed meal ideas and guidance to help me feel my best, and I am now in a much healthier spot.
