Ruth is an amazing Dietitian. She has helped me keep off 40 lbs for the past 3 years, successfully used nutrition to help me with gastrointestinal issues that had plagued me since childhood, and she's got tons of delicious recipes to try. I am amazed at how much better I feel following Ruth's meal plan.
