Whenever I began to follow a very healthy diet that included eating 6 small healthy meals that were high in protein and low in fat and carbohydrates, I would experience chronic fatigue within a week. After a year of frustration with my fatigue, I decided to visit a nutritionist. I researched options on the web, and decided Ahuva was the most qualified to meet my needs. We worked through a variety of modifications to my diet and exercise program, and also consulted with an endocrinologist. After a few months of counseling, we found a successful program, and I began losing 2-3 pounds a week. I am ¾ of the way toward my goal. Throughout the process, Ahuva has provided a great deal of understanding, encouragement and patience, in addition to expert nutritional counseling.
