5 stars are not enough to show how extraordinary Dr. Oliva or his nurse Darla are in their profession.First Dr. Oliva answered every question (and I mean EVERY: the three my mom had and the seventeen I had!). He is incredibly intelligent but was also able to break down some of the more complex information, when I kept asking.... what does that number mean? He went over the plan. He left and we sat there bragging on how well it went and how much relief we felt. And just when we think it couldn't any get better, in walks his head nurse Darla who has the organizational skills of someone that could teach others. No joke, I know it sounds like I'm laying it on thick but I have NEVER had a nurse tell me to sign a paper because while she is working on the prioritization, which will take a while, she is going to get you signed up for the medicine discount. 😳 I've received those papers or a postcard that tells me how to go through themselves, but to do it for my mom...it's huge! Th and Dec. my 18 yr old dog died, Jan. my younger sister is diagnosed with breast cancer, my other sister was just diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I have kidney disease.Just having one less paper to work on is fabulous to us!

The staff are all wonderful. Location navigation on Google maps is inaccurate because it tried to take me to the neighborhood behind....I recommend following the AHN signs and not Google. At least until they fix this error.
