My PA who saw me Markle was so kind and patient it made all the difference after struggling with this condition and feeling written off in the past. Gave me some options to start looking into. Super fast registration, good facility, great location.

Extremely professional and kind staff. Dr Javed was wonderful. I do not normally write reviews. Highly recommend.

Terrible turn around time with contacting patients.

I was referred here by the ER and Dr Wisniewski was extremely helpful. She truly listened to my symptoms/concerns and answered all of my questions with thoughtful answers. I appreciate the level of care, patience, and kindness that I received not only by the doctor but by the nurse and the staff at check out. I’m young and basically on my own so it was relieving to see such a caring staff that helped me navigate my health concerns as a new patient.

No communication. Absolutely useless to IBD patients if they don't get back to you during a flare or when sick. Better off seeing your PCP than these ones. Go to UPMC, they are so much better.

My husband was scheduled for an appointment at this center at 8:45am and we received multiple texts message reminders. He arrived around 8:30am and waited for 45 minutes for the front desk person to tell him his appointment was cancelled because he was over an hour late for his 8am appointment. Confused and defeated, he left and called me. I told him to go back into the office and show them the text message reminders and confirmations. He did that, and then the front desk person says "ohhh well we had an update to our system and that must have been an error," and then rescheduled him for an appointment at 1pm at the Wexford location. We waited 6 months for the 8:45 appointment and they were dead set on blaming their system's error on my husband. Thank God he went back in to prove that he was right because they didn't initially offer to reschedule him. Absolutely unacceptable for a practice that deals with life-threatening illnesses.

I appreciate the doctors that I’ve seen. The gastroenterologists are the best.

I got a letter for a appointment on 7/8/25. There was no time what so ever prompt leads nowhere. The lady Kayla that's on the letter he is on an extended leave of absence and does not want voicemails. Everything else leads to voicemails that are full. I can't get ahold of anyone. I leave messages after hours and no return phone call. What kind of doctor's office is this? I never seen anything like this. Crazy I'm starting to think that it's on purpose

For just under a year I've been battling persistent nausea, vomiting, bloating, and diarrhea. While it was determined that I have gastroparesis no treatment plan has ever been put in place. I've been left confused and still sick unsure if I'm supposed to continue certain medications, etc. Now Dr. Kaur has left the practice so I am left with no GI doctor to help me. I'm angry and frustrated and have nowhere to turn.
