Dr. Agnes Han first saw me while taking weekend call for my GP. Prior to that day, I'd been seen in the emergency room 3x with no one identifying my problem. Seeing me for just the first time back in the early 2000's, Dr. Han immediately identified my life-threatening issue. Across the years two other times general doctors did not recognize those same symptoms (occurring following after taking prescription antibiotics). Thankfully each time Dr. Han's and her staff worked me into her schedule. The front desk assistant, Tonya, got me in quickly to see Dr. Han on each occasion, and twice again Dr. Han treated me back to health. In reading other reviews posted here, I noticed a few people seemed to be bothered by Dr. Han's demeanor. Coming from my point of view as a long-time patient who both trusts and admires her, I see the same circumstances differently. Naturally excellent specialists such as Dr. Han stay busy- which means the office personnel also are. Some people may expect busy doctors to be "warm and fuzzy". As a 73-yr-old now myself, I understand why they may wish that to be true. However, there are three factors most important to me when choosing a medical professional. Is she or he knowledgeable? Are they direct and to the point, even if their delivery is in a low-key manner? Does this doctor do their best to see patients in a timely manner? If those also matter most to you as a patient, then you will be very happy being in Dr. Han's hands. In good health now, I continue to see Dr. Han as my gastroenterologist and will. Hopefully future visits will only be needed for routine colonoscopies. Thanks again, Dr. Han!

I have been a patient of Dr. Han for many years, she is the best! Knowledgeable, courteous, pro active and on top of everything. Her office staff shares the same traits. I couldn't be more comfortable with the care afforded to me.

Dr Han has been my physician for over 25 years. I travel 2plus hrs to see her. Most importantly she is compassionate and A+ competent. I was in emergency room at 10 pm and Dr Han was there to facilitate and guide my care. Meant the world to me!!!

They don’t want to answer the telephone and if you get a question they are not available. I try to schedule a colonoscopy and they cut the calls

Dr.Han has been my gastroenterologist for over 20 years. I can’t say enough how grateful I am for her for caring. Truly thankful for professional yet caring.
