Terrible, new patient appointments scheduled a month out. They don’t call to confirm appointments and once you arrive after you’ve provided the insurance and waited over a month for the appointment they tell you they don’t accept it. The front office has a terrible attitude they “don’t know don’t know”

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. I’ve decided to stop going because the staff is consistently rude—whether in person or over the phone. They are never pleasant and always seem like they don’t want to be there. I’m not the type to be rude back, so I just take the disrespect, but the way they treat people is unacceptable. It honestly feels like they judge or profile you, possibly based on your last name or assumptions they make. Not all Hispanic individuals speak Spanish, and that shouldn’t be expected. If you’re looking for a pleasant experience, this is not the place. The staff’s attitude is extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming.

I have been with this pediatrician’s office for 12 years, mainly because I really like Dr. Bejarano and the staff in the back. Unfortunately, the front office staff has consistently been rude and disrespectful. During my last visit, a young lady told me, “You had all summer to make an appointment. Now we have no more appointments until a month from now.” I found this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They do not know what someone may be going through or why they were unable to make an appointment sooner. The doctors and back-office staff are great, but the front office has horrible customer service. After 12 years, I am very disappointed.

Left this care in 2023. My kids grandma arrived for their appointment but was told there wasn't one (we had email as proof). She waited over an hour to be seen. Rude staff but I kept my comments to myself to avoid malicious treatment towards my tots. The nurse tried to vaccinate my son for a vaccine he already had from previous pediatrician. They stated it wasn't on his med card. I pointed it out on his card. Then the following week I got calls to bring him in for the same vaccines. I decided to just leave and stay with Partners in Care in Pearland. I was thinking of coming back due to the commute but based on the reviews, nothing's changed

Took an hour to get scene here. Thats crazy. The doctors nice enough but why are we waiting an hour with a two week old? If you don't speak Spanish just pick another office… Also they answer the phone and then out you on hold forever and never come back on the line. Just do yourself a favor and go someplace else.
