Its painful to get a call back for an appointment.

The NP I won’t see again she’s horrible and rude but the Doctor I see is amazing. He takes his time, listens, talks you. I was a Kaiser patient for years and the GI dr there except 2 made me cry every time I saw them. I appreciate finding this office with insurance switch. Thank you making me heard.

Here's an honest one for you. If you are a medical mystery and you need a little bit more help figuring out what's going on: don't come to this practice. It's overbooked and over crowded and appointments last maybe 10 minutes. I saw Dr Sheikh and I can't recommend him unless your issue is opened and closed. I've been having gastro issues for 7 years while in the Navy. They said it was 2 years. That's not true. They had my symptoms wrong and they were treating what wasn't happening. I said there was chemical exposures during my service and I've felt horrible whenever I was exposed and I am in pain. I think some of these five star reviews for him here are fabricated. I was told change my diet, given a PDF on FODMAP and a see ya later... honestly. It's been 7 years of chronic pain and discomfort and they REALLY THINK that I haven't already tried the diet route? Seriously? "Omg why didn't anyone tell me that!" I have been told that by my primary care doctor, and obviously it didn't help, or else I wouldn't be sent to a specialist to waste money and time. The waiting room was always packed and even though my appointments were at 1015 I wasn't seen until almost 1130 and I had to drive from Lemoore. So appointments took 2 and a half hours all together. I walked into a room that was full of people I didn't know. Seriously, there were at least seven people in the room. All for a ten minute appointment. Not a good experience and I am glad to be transferring out of the area so I can find someone that can give me more attention. However, the facility that gave me my colonoscopy was amazing. Also!! Good luck getting anyone to pick up the phone!! TL;DR: Don't come here if you're a medical mystery. Find somewhere else if your issues go past "change diet". Also, if you're Navy see if you can get referred to Balboa or Monterey.

Dr Gill is amazing. Thoughtful, caring, takes his time to get to know you. When under his care you are not just a number. He is a great Doctor in a professional setting.
