Kind, respectful and informative. The entire staff from the nurses to the doctor explained the entire procedure and the timing as to what was going to happen. I had a couple of nurses but one had a perfect sense of humor! Wish I remembered his name.

Dr. Baltz and his team made a potentially uncomfortable procedure a very positive experience. Despite being very busy, the staff kept me informed about my place in line and made me feel valued throughout the process. Dr. Baltz and every staff member introduced themselves and thanked me for coming in, which made a lasting impression. I highly recommend GI Associates to anyone needing a colonoscopy. They guide you through every step and are happy to answer any questions along the way.
